1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Your access to and use of the KLEENCOMP Facility Services website (https://kleencomp.com) and our commercial or residential cleaning services is governed by the terms and conditions set forth below. By scheduling a service or using this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services and website. KLEENCOMP Facility Services reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Services Provided

KLEENCOMP Facility Services provides professional commercial janitorial care, residential house cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out sanitation, and specialized data center and technology cleaning solutions across Delaware, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey. The specific scope of work, schedule, and pricing will be agreed upon prior to commencement of service.

3. Payment Obligations & Billing Terms

Clients are required to make timely and full payment for all cleaning services rendered by KLEENCOMP Facility Services:

• Residential Services: Payment is due on the day of service unless other terms have been explicitly agreed upon prior to booking.
• Commercial Contracts: Billing terms and invoice cycles (e.g. Net 15 / Net 30) will be specified in your individual service agreement.
• Late Payments: Failure to settle invoices in accordance with agreed payment terms may result in service suspension and interest charges. Clients agree to reimburse KLEENCOMP for any legal fees, collection agency costs, or court expenses incurred in recovering overdue balances.

4. Environmental & Temperature Requirements

Proper climate control ensures safe working conditions and optimal cleaning chemical performance. It is the client’s responsibility to verify that the property temperature falls within this range prior to our team's arrival. Failure to maintain appropriate climate control may result in appointment cancellation or rescheduling at KLEENCOMP's discretion, and applicable cancellation fees or deposit forfeitures may apply.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling Policy

We understand schedules can change. There is no charge for cancellations or rescheduling made more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to a $50 late-cancellation / rescheduling fee. For large projects, whole-home move-outs, or commercial deep cleans, a security deposit may be required.

6. Access to Property & Lockouts

Clients must ensure that KLEENCOMP technicians have safe and unhindered access to the premises on the scheduled service date (via key, lockbox code, security gate access, or on-site representative). If our team is locked out or unable to access the property, a lockout fee equal to 50% of the service estimate may apply.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee & Issue Reporting

Customer satisfaction is our highest priority. If any aspect of your agreed-upon cleaning scope does not meet your expectations, please contact KLEENCOMP within 24 hours of service completion. We will review the issue promptly and dispatch a technician to re-clean the specific area at no additional charge.

8. Liability & Property Care

KLEENCOMP Facility Services operates under full commercial liability insurance and employee bonding. While our technicians exercise extreme care when cleaning your property, clients should secure cash, jewelry, irreplaceable heirlooms, and delicate items prior to service. KLEENCOMP is not liable for pre-existing damage, wear-and-tear, or improperly anchored fixtures.
