To help our cleaning crews work as efficiently as possible and deliver the highest standard of cleanliness, please review these key preparation guidelines prior to your appointment.
🌡️ Indoor Climate Requirement (70°F – 75°F)
For technician health, physical stamina, and proper chemical efficacy, please maintain indoor HVAC temperatures between 70°F and 75°F (21°C – 24°C) throughout the duration of your cleaning appointment.
Residential Preparation Checklist
- Declutter Counters & Floors: Clearing personal items, clothing, and toys allows technicians to spend maximum time deep cleaning surfaces rather than organizing objects.
- Secure Household Pets: For their comfort and our technicians' safety, please place pets in a secure room or crate during service.
- Confirm Property Access: Ensure entry codes, garage keys, or lockbox combinations are provided ahead of time.
Commercial Janitorial Checklist
- Keycard & Security Clearance: Verify after-hours building access and alarm disarm codes with our operations manager.
- High-Security Areas: Mark off restricted records rooms or sensitive server bays that require escort.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Reminder
You may reschedule or cancel your appointment at no charge with more than 24 hours notice. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice incur a $50 late fee. Please review our full Terms and Conditions for details.
