- Bedrooms & Living Areas: High/low dusting, ceiling fan blades, furniture dusting, bed making / linen change, and floor vacuuming/mopping.

Save on your base recurring clean with scheduled maintenance: 10% off for Weekly service and 5% off for Bi-Weekly service. Discounts apply directly to your recurring base subtotal.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning appointment?
No. Many clients provide garage keypad access, lockbox codes, or concierge access. We require confirmed access and indoor temperatures set between 70°F and 75°F for our crews.
What supplies and equipment do you bring?
Our cleaning crews arrive fully equipped with professional vacuums, microfiber systems, and eco-friendly cleaning detergents.
What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
There is no charge for cancellations or rescheduling made more than 24 hours in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a $50 late cancellation fee.
